Harmony blend is a wonderfully soothing selection of essential oils. It's important that you always dilute your blend at around 2% before using on the skin, making it suitable for massage, as a body oil or use in the bath. Use about 5ml diluted oil in the bath at the end of the day to relax, or in the morning to give you a composed start to the day. One of the nicest times to try the oil might be as part of an 'away-day', when you take time for yourself. If want to boost the benefits of the blend, add a few more drops of the pure essential oils.

If you feel that tension is affecting your digestive system, lightly massage the harmony blend over your solar plexus – the nerve centre between your ribs, about a hand's width above the navel – in a clockwise direction. Remember also how soothing a foot bath and massage can be, and use the blend this way to gently rest the whole body.
