Shipping, Returns, Help & Information Section.

UK Shipping is £2.49 per order (FREE over £35 for UK orders) and will be posted within 24/48 hours and usually the sameday when received by 2pm.

Republic of Ireland Shipping is £17.99 per order and will be posted within 24/48 hours. Republic of Ireland orders are usually shipped by DPD.

We mostly post orders by Royal Mail, UPS and DPD. Depending on the Country, Size and weight of the order.

International and Europe shipping is also avaliable (please see below).

We are committed about bringing you the best aromatherapy and home fragrance products online. And we want to keep you coming back! And where possible we have tried to ensure that most of the contact you would want with us can be done conveniently online. Your convenience is a very important thing for us. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy or to get more details. Remember there are no extras to pay for. Prices on our website are the only prices you pay.

When you find a product you want to buy:

Enter the quantity you wish to buy in the "Quantity" box (just above the add to your shopping cart button) and then click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button which places your selection into the shopping cart. You can take the shopping cart to the till at anytime, by clicking on "Checkout" (located on the top of every page).

When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page, you will then be asked a few simple details that we need to be able to complete your order, like your delivery location (country and whether you need it to be delivered to an address that's different to your registered cardholder address).

Then click on "Continue" to move through the checkout and secure payment process. When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have purchased, your order total and the delivery address. Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us the contact page.
Payment Methods & Ways To Pay.

We accept all major payment types including credit or debit cards and PayPal.

Paying by credit or debit card: Once you arrive at the checkout, select "Sage Pay (Secure Card Pyment or by PayPal)" you will then be taken to the secure Sage Pay payment page. Once you have confirmed your order you will be emailed a receipt for your records. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely.

UK Delivery costs and options.

Please Note: We post all orders by Royal Mail, DPD and UPS, depending on the weight and size of the parcel. We post within 24/48 hours and we usually try to post orders the same day when we receive your order by 2pm. Delivery costs for all Uk orders are £2.49 per order and Free for orders £35 and over.

Not at home during the day? If you're out when the postman calls Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your parcel or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you. However, remember you can also have your parcel delivered to an alternative address if you prefer. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section at the checkout.

Republic of Ireland Shipping

Republic of Ireland Shipping is £17.99 per order (FREE over £125 for Ireland orders) and will be posted within 24/48 hours. Republic of Ireland orders are usually shipped by DPD and arrive in 3 - 6 Working Days.

International Delivery costs and options.

We deliver to most of Europe, and many other countries.

European Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Airmail, UPS or DPD Depending on the size and weight of the order: We offer delivery by Airmail to most European addresses. Delivery takes 3 - 8 working days.

Returns Policy

How to return an item.

We're committed about bringing you the best aromatherapy and home fragrance products at great prices. But occasionally you might need to return something.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us in its original condition, unused with all packaging and tags attached within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange - no quibbles.

To Return Goods, Simply Follow The Steps Below:

Send us a message with a request to return products and the products you would like to return.

We will then email you a return label to put on the parcel.

Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.

Drop your parcel of at the post office to be returned back to us.

Please put a note in the parcel with the item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which exchange item you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product name and size required.

Please note: If the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

As soon as we receive your return we will fully refund you within 7 days.

If you request an exchange we will send out the items within 2 working days.

To avoid disappointment and delays, you can only order items on this website that we have in stock.

We have a stock control system built into our website, so that when we are out of stock of an item the add to your shopping cart button is automatically removed, preventing you from being able to order, and in its place will be the words out of stock. This ensures that customers are unable to order goods we don't have in stock.

Our website tells you if an item is out of stock. We receive new stock every week, so there should never be long to wait if what you want is out of stock. But if for any reason your chosen item is not in stock we will contact you.
The prices you see on our website are the only prices you pay, with no hidden extras to pay at the checkout.

Normally it starts with http:// but it will change to https:// (the "s" stands for "secure") and you will also see a golden or green padlock symbol in your browser.

All our products come with a one year guarantee against manufacturer's faults. You can return any faulty item back to us within one year of despatch. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty.

How to cancel an order.

Send us a message telling us you wish to cancel your order.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your payment immediately.

If your order has been despatched but not been delivered, please refuse the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us.
