UK Shipping is £2.25 per order (FREE over £35 - UK orders) and will be posted within 24 hours and usually the sameday when received by 2pm (were quick, we always get orders out quickly).

We mostly post orders by Royal Mail, or UPS, DPD Depending on the size of the order.

Special Delivery Next Day is avaliable for £7.95 (order by 11am).

International and Europe shipping is avaliable, with or without tracking (please see below).

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy or to get more details. Remember there are no extras to pay for. Prices on our website are the only prices you pay, with no VAT added at the checkout and all deliverys to the UK mainland are just £2.25p. FREE over £35.

When you find a product you want to buy:

Enter the quantity you wish to buy in the "Quantity" box (just above the add to your shopping cart button) and then click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button which places your selection into the shopping cart. You can take the shopping cart to the till at anytime, by clicking on "Checkout" (located on the top of every page).

When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page, you will then be asked a few simple details that we need to be able to complete your order, like your delivery location (country and whether you need it to be delivered to an address that's different to your registered cardholder address).

Then click on "Continue" to move through the checkout and secure payment process. When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have purchased, your order total and the delivery address. Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us using the link below.

Your personal details are kept safe at all times - and all products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods & Ways To Pay.

We accept all major payment types including credit/debit cards, cheque/postal order and PayPal. You have the option to select your preferred payment method at the checkout.

Paying by credit or debit card: Once you arrive at the checkout, select "WorldPay (Pay Securely By WorldPay Using Your Credit Or Debit Card)" you will then be taken to the Worldpay secure payment page. Once you have confirmed your order you will be emailed a receipt for your records. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by WorldPay, including:

Debit Cards: Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, EuroCard and American Express.

Your card statement will show a payment to "Just Aromatherapy". All your personal and card details will be kept secure at all times. For more information on our security, see the credit card security section.

Paying by cheque or postal order: Once you arrive at the checkout, select "Pay By Post (By Credit/Debit Card, Cheque Or Postal Order)". Once you have confirmed your order you will be emailed a receipt for your records. Please then send a cheque/postal order for your order amount made payable to "Just Aromatherapy" to: Just Aromatherapy, 45 Thorpe Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicectershire, LE13 1SE, UK.

At the end of the process, you will be given an order number. Write this order number on the back of the cheque or on a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number, email address and send it to the above address.

Please add an additional 3 working days to our standard delivery times to allow your cheque or postal order to be banked and cleared.

Paying by PayPal: We now accept PayPal as a method of payment. PayPal is a secure payment system and uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.

Simply select "PayPal (Pay Securely By PayPal Using Your Credit Or Debit Card)" when at the checkout. You will be taken to the PayPal site to log into your account. (Please note: you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal. Simply select, pay by credit/debit card when you arrive at the PayPal web site and then follow the instructions). When you have completed your order PayPal will then send you a confirmation of your order by email.

Please Note: We post all orders by Royal Mail, DPD and UPS, depending on the weight and size of the parcel. We post within 24 hours and we usually post orders the same day when we receive your order by 2pm. Delivery costs for Uk orders are £2.25 per order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by next day parcel courier: We also offer a Next Day Special Delivery service by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by a next day parcel courier depending on the size and weight of your order for guaranteed next day delivery.

Special Delivery costs just £7.95.

Please Note: Orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday before 11am are usually delivered by Royal Mail, or next day parcel courier on a Saturday morning, but this is not guaranteed and your parcel might arrive on the Monday. This service is guaranteed next (working day). A guaranteed Saturday delivery service is available for just £2.00 extra, please see below. A Signature will need to be obtained by Royal Mail on delivery of your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to receive your Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date, or where you can pick up your parcel.

Saturday Delivery - Royal Mail Delivery, or by a next day Saturday parcel courier: We also offer a Saturday Special Delivery service by Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day Saturday delivery. Orders must be placed by 11am, Friday.

We post all orders by Royal Mail, DPD and UPS, depending on the weight and size of the parcel. We post within 24 hours and we usually post orders the same day when we receive your order by 2pm. Delivery costs for Uk orders are £2.25 per order.

Please allow one extra business day if a Bank Holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.

Not at home during the day? If you're out when the postman calls, don't panic! Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your parcel or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you. However, remember you can also have your parcel delivered to an alternative address if you prefer. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section at the checkout.

Haven't received your order when expected? If your order doesn't arrive when expected or is more than 4 working days overdue, then please contact us.

Availability.

To avoid disappointment and delays, you can only order items on this website that we have in stock.

When items are in stock you will see the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button.

We have a stock control system built into our website, so that when we are out of stock of an item the add to your shopping cart button (above) is automatically removed, preventing you from being able to order, and in its place will be the words out of stock (below). This ensures that customers are unable to order goods we don't have in stock and, preventing disappointment.

When items are out of stock you will see the words "Out Of Stock" replacing the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button.

Our website tells you if an item is out of stock. We receive new stock every week, so there should never be long to wait if what you want is out of stock. But if for any reason your chosen item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You can also give us your e-mail address on the contact us page to receive an automatic reminder as soon as the item is back in stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

We are not VAT registered. The prices you see on our website are the only prices you pay, with no hidden extras like VAT to pay at the checkout.

How to cancel an order.

Send us a message telling us you wish to cancel your order.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your payment immediately.

If your order has been despatched but not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

How to return an item.

We're committed about bringing you the best aromatherapy and home fragrance products at great prices. But occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped. If we've made a mistake, please accept our apologies. If we could do a better job of describing the item, please let us know.

Under the ''Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000'' which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm you have the legal right to cancel your order and return goods back to us for any reason within seven working days from the receipt of goods (known as the cooling-off period).

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (in its original condition, unused with all tags attached) within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange - no quibbles. At presant, Just Aromatherapy does not offer a free returns service.

To Return Goods, Simply Follow The Steps Below:

Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.

Please complete the returns slip on your invoice or delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which exchange item you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product name and size ie: (100ml Grapeseed Base Oil) and quantity required.

Please note: if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will charge your card accordingly. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.

Just Aromatherapy does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32 this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Just Aromatherapy cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection or (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. We guarantee it will be refunded - within three working days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation.

Our promise to you is that you will receive the highest level of service at all times.

We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours, usually before or by the end of the working day.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours. We will keep you informed during the process.
