Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy or to get more details. All deliverys costs to the UK mainland are just £2.49p. FREE over £35.

When you find a product you want to buy:

Enter the quantity you wish to buy in the "Quantity" box (just above the add to your shopping cart button) and then click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button which places your selection into the shopping cart. You can take the shopping cart to the till at anytime, by clicking on "Checkout" (located on the top of every page).

When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page, you will then be asked a few simple details that we need to be able to complete your order, like your delivery location (country and whether you need it to be delivered to an address that's different to your registered cardholder address).

Then click on "Continue" to move through the checkout and secure payment process. When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have purchased, your order total and the delivery address. Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us.

Please Note: We post all orders by Royal Mail, DPD and UPS, depending on the weight and size of the parcel. We post within 24/48 hours and we usually try to post orders the same day when we receive your order by 2pm. Delivery costs for all Uk orders are £2.49 per order and Free for orders £35 and over.

Not at home during the day? If you're out when the postman calls Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can pick up your parcel or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you. However, remember you can also have your parcel delivered to an alternative address if you prefer. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section at the checkout.

Ireland Shipping

Republic of Ireland Shipping is £17.99 per order (FREE over £125 for Ireland orders) and will be posted within 24/48 hours. Republic of Ireland orders are usually shipped by DPD and arrive in 3 - 6 Working Days.

International Delivery costs and options.

We deliver to most of Europe, and many other countries in the checkout.

European Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Airmail, UPS or DPD Depending on the size and weight of the order: We offer delivery by Airmail to most European addresses. Delivery takes 3 - 8 working days.

Airmail to European addresses costs just £17.99.

We receive new stock every week, so there should never be long to wait if what you want is out of stock. But if for any reason your chosen item is not in stock, we canl back order, you will always be emailed if the item is out of stock.

We accept all major payment types securely including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You have the option to select your preferred payment method at the checkout.

Paying by credit or debit card and PayPal: Once you arrive at the checkout, select "(SagePay Secure Card Payment or by PayPal)" you will then be taken to the secure payment page. Once you have confirmed your order you will be emailed a receipt for your records. We accept all major credit and debit cards including PayPal, that are processed securely including:

How to cancel an order.

If your order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your payment immediately.

If your order has been despatched but not been delivered, please refuse the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us.

How to return an item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (in its original condition, unused with all tags attached) within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange - no quibbles

To Return Goods:

Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.

Please let us know which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which exchange item you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product name and size required.

Please note: if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will charge you accordingly.

Please take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty, unsuatable or was incorrectly sent.
