Security at Just Aromatherapy.
We want you to feel confident about shopping online and Just Aromatherapy's electronic payment processes are certified by Thawte, the world's most respected certification body for secure online shopping. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. We accept most credit and debit cards and ensure your transactions with us are safe, private and protected.
All Just Aromatherapy's online purchases and communication between the shopper and Just Aromatherapy take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect you using 128 bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. That means that we only accept orders from web browsers that support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. Most browsers above version 3 support this technology.
We link directly to Worldpay who are a division of The Royal Bank Of Scotland Group plc, where your details are then authorised and processed. This encryption makes it impossible for unauthorised parties to read the information you send. (in fact the only people that see the information are Worldpay and you), we at Just Aromatherapy never see you card details.
How do i know when the payment page is secure?
You can see the page where you are asked for your card number is secure because the address in the address bar of your browser changes. Normally it starts with http:// but it will change to https:// (the "s" stands for "secure") and you will also see a golden padlock symbol in the bottom bar of your browser.
