Making A Purchase

How to place an order.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy or to get more details. Remember there are no extras to pay for. Prices on our website are the only prices you pay, with VAT not added at the checkout and all deliverys to the UK mainland are just £2.25p.

When you find a product you want to buy: Enter the quantity you wish to buy in the "Quantity" box (just above the add to your shopping cart button) and then click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" button which places your selection into the shopping cart. You can take the shopping cart to the till at anytime, by clicking on "Checkout" (located on the top of every page).

When you have finished shopping, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page, you will then be asked a few simple details that we need to be able to complete your order, like your delivery location (country and whether you need it to be delivered to an address that's different to your registered cardholder address).

Then click on "Continue" to move through the checkout and secure payment process. When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have purchased, your order total and the delivery address. Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us.

Your personal details are kept safe at all times - and all products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated.

How to cancel orders, return items, get refunds and make a complaint

How to cancel an order.

Under the ''Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000'' which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm you have the legal right to cancel your order and return goods back to us for any reason within seven working days from the receipt of goods (known as the cooling-off period).

With us you have 30 days to cancel your order and return goods back to us for any reason. Please follow the procedures below to cancel your order or/and to return your goods. Please contact us using the contact information below if you need any help at anytime.

How to return an item.

We're committed about bringing you the best aromatherapy and home fragrance products at great prices. But occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped. If we've made a mistake, please accept our apologies. If we could do a better job of describing the item, please let us know via our contact form here.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (in its original condition, unused with all tags attached) within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange - no quibbles. At presant, Just Aromatherapy does not offer a free returns service.

To Return Goods, Simply Follow The Steps Below:

Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.

Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card. If you request an exchange please indicate which exchange item you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product name and size ie: (100ml Grapeseed Base Oil) and quantity required.

Please note: if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will charge your card accordingly. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you.

If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements.

Just Aromatherapy does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32 this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Just Aromatherapy cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Refunds.

The European Consumer Protection or (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. We guarantee it will be refunded - within three working days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation.
