This blend of Bergamot, Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang and Thyme can be added to our Massage Base for a sensual massage, add a few drops to a warm bath or, use in one of our Aromatherapy Diffusers. Also, you can add a drop or two on a tissue and place it under your pillow.

After exercise, training, standing all day, this blend has been designed to help your muscle and joints recover. This blend is warming and soothing, and penetrates deeply to heat and relax the muscles. We recommend that you blend 3% of this blend to a massage oil or a lotion and massage well into the painful areas. Alternatively, add this blend to a deep, warm bath and soak the aches and pains away.
