Essential Oil Blends can be used to take a relaxing bath before bed using your favourite blend, place a few drops in an oil burner to diffuse your favourite blend throughout your room. They can also be added to a carrier oil like grapeseed, jojoba or sweet almond oil to make your own massage oils, or mixed in our ready made plain bath oils to make your own bath oils, or just mixed into plain creams, gels and lotions.
