Rejuvenating Blend

Whatever your skin's age or type, we've developed a blend to give it a marvellous boost.

Please remember to dilute your rejuvenating blend in a suitable carrier oil before using on the skin, usually at 2% dilution in grapeseed or sweet almond oil. Experiment, too, with different carrier oils, such as jojoba or avocado, to increase the effectiveness of your rejuvenating blend.

To make the most of the rejuvenating blend the best time to use it is probably in the evening when you can give yourself a mini facial treatment. Thorough cleansing and toning is an important first step in revitalising the skin. Apply the rejuvenating skin care blend in upwards and outwards sweeping strokes, from the base of the throat, up the neck and over the face to the hairline. Lightly massage the neck (an area that is often neglected) and also use a little of the oil on the back of the neck and shoulders to release muscle tension and improve circulation to the head and face.

Make sure you don't take the oil too close to the eyes as this could cause stinging. Instead, use the fourth finger of each hand to trace around the eye socket. Take four to five minutes for the massage and then, either leave the remainder of the oil on the skin or blot it off and apply a mask. The rejuvenating blend can be used as a daily treatment or as a once-a-week facial treat.

Rejuvenating blend contains the following essential oils:

Rosewood: Aniba rosaeodora
Cypress: Cupressus sempervirens
Geranium: Pelargonium graveolens
Palmarosa: Cympobogon martinii
