Wake Up Essential Oil Blend - 10ml

Wake up blend can be used as a massage oil when added to a carrier oil, usually grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil are commonly used in body massage. Alternatively, you could apply the diluted oil to your body before stepping into the shower to enhance the wakening effects of showering. If the water is medium or cool, all the better. If you need something to wake you up after a long day try inhaling a few drops of your wake up blend from a tissue or use in your diffuser.

The essential oils used in the wake up blend are known as 'top notes' . The characteristics of top notes are that they are light, fresh and sometimes quite sharp, which makes them particularly suitable for stimulating or awakening effects. The oils in this blend all complement each other well with fresh notes which link all these essential oils used in this blend together.
